HARDWARE:
- Desktop: Optiplex Micro Form Factor Dell desktop computers that cost RM2759 each. We need 11 of them, 10 for the customers' use and 1 for the reception. Total cost would be RM30,349
- Monitors: We will pair each computer with a high-resolution monitor, Dell 27 Monitor costing approximately RM999 each. The total cost for monitors will be RM10,989
- Switch: 2 Cisco SG350 28-Port Gigabit Managed Switch that cost RM149 each. Total cost would be RM298.
- Router: Cisco RV340 Dual WAN Gigabit router cost RM149.
- Wireless Access Point: Ubiquiti UniFi AP AC Pro that cost RM249.
- The total estimated cost for hardware RM41,885
SOFTWARE:
- Operating System: We will install licensed copies of a popular operating system such as Windows 10 on each computer, costing approximately RM40 per license. The total cost for operating systems will be RM200.
- Cyber Café Management Software: We will use specialized software to manage customer accounts, billing, and computer usage. The cost for this software is a one-time fee of RM200.
- Norton360 : To protect our systems from viruses and malware, we will install antivirus software on each computer. The cost for antivirus software is RM279 per year.
- Games and Productivity Software: We will provide a variety of games and productivity software for our customers to use. The estimated cost for software licenses is RM100.
Total Cost: The total cost for hardware and software is estimated to be
RM42,664. Additional costs, such as licensing fees, maintenance, and marketing, will be factored into the overall budget.
